Improving yourself is one way to help you in answering the question “How to get ur boyfriend back?”. This isn’t the time to let yourself go. This is the time to step up and look your best.
You want to show your boyfriend what they are missing out on because nobody wants a bum who looks like a drunk, homeless beggar on the street. If you go on sulking and stop taking care of yourself, that is exactly what you are going to end up look like (and smelling like). Nothing increases the odds against getting your ex back like adding 30 pounds, dying your hair green, or otherwise giving up on your appearance.
Instead of indulging in these self destructive behaviors, take this opportunity to improve yourself. Take care of your personal hygiene. Shower or bathe every day. Shave and take care of your hair. Make sure that you look attractive on a daily basis. Physical attraction, as we all know, is one of the first things that starts a relationship. You want your ex boyfriend to think to himself “wow, she looks good” any time he sees you.
If you have not been to the gym in a while, this is a good time to start back. Don’t be like a lot of girst and start eating a lot (especially that ice cream). Wallowing around in self pity does nothing but take a toll on the body that is hard to overcome. It becomes a downward spiral that the further down you go, the harder it is to come back up out of without outside help.
Hit the gym. Get a trainer. Indulge your physical self. Keep you body fit. Physical activity is also a very good way to keep you mind off of the situation at hand. And meeting new physical goals build self confidence.
You can see the situation in two ways:
First — After you and ur boyfriend break up, you become devestated and take it too hard. You start drinking, eating too much junk food, and skipping meals. You let your personal hygiene go. Your body odor forms an obnoxious cloud around you that even the flies avoid. Now you happen to bump into your ex while you are going down to the store for some ice cream. What do you think he is thinking? Do you think he is feeling sorry for you and will take pity on you? Wrong! He probably thinks that breaking up with you is the best idea he has had in a long while.
Second — You and your ex break-up. As we all know, it’s dreadful and upsetting, but instead of feeling sorry for yourself, you actually smile and think, “hey, this could be a good thing.” Looking at the bright side, you now have some time for yourself. And as stated above, you can hit the gym, go to a spa, buy new clothes and pamper yourself. Look great and feel great, this will help build up your confidence. So, when you bump into your ex someday, they would see how good you look and how great you feel about yourself. That’s the time they would realize the mistake of breaking up with you. They might even fall in-love with you all over again.
So now that you’ve seen both sides, which situation would you rather be in? Most definitely I think you’d want to be in situation number 2. Besides, even if you don’t get your ex back, wouldn’t you rather look good and feel great? You never know, because of this new rejuvenated you, you might even meet someone whose even better than your ex.
